Hello,

My name is Orna Lynch and i am applying for a role art director at your company. I have attached my CV for your perusal.

In June of last year, my success in meeting the inherent creative and business challenges involved in starting my own fashion and music brand led me to leave my managerial position at a gym, in order to develop a career in this more creative arena.

Since 2009 I have been art directing shoots for my vintage shop and seasonal editorial for the stock. These shoots grew in scale and complexity and, over time, I've developed this into a service for music acts -- offering art direction for photo shoots for album covers, press releases etc.This year I extended into film for all the clients promotional needs - music videos, online marketing videos,behind the scenes videos , commercials, event coverage and EPK's( Electronic Press Kit's) for both web and television commissioned by their management/label.

I have managed all my shoots and events from conception to delivery. Envisioning and creating these to meet my clients' needs has meant solely coordinating photo shoots scaling from crew and events from + people. This has required a variety of skills: outlining detailed proposals, managing suppliers, contractors, staff and budgets and promoting these events through social media campaigns. Through this hard work, I am now experienced in taking briefs from clients and working with them, one-to-one, to generate branding and promotional tools.

I have enjoyed every moment of the work I have carried out in the past three years. I now feel ready to bring my hard-won knowledge and experience to work within a company structure, to create long term stability for myself, as well as facing into interesting new challenges.
