About me

I am a driven creative and hardworking individual who is looking for an opportunity to start my career in the creative industry, with the focus on display and set design.

This summer I graduated from Northumbria University where I received a 2:1 in Furniture and Product design. Since graduating I have been lucky enough to have had an opportunity working as a display artists with a flagship store in London.

Both my Degree and work experience to date demonstrates my creativity, imagination and perseverance. The practical skills I have acquired cover ceramic, wood and metal work, knowledge and ability to use tools, painting, paper hanging and application of vinyl. I hope these skills will transcribe well to what your department does.

Other areas which may also suit my talents are CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and an ability and passion for sketching.

Skills

My skills cover a range of 3D materials, including ceramics, wood and metal. I also work well in 2D through the means of hand sketching I enjoy the design process so really value my sketch book and the ideas inside. , I use the following computer software, Abobe Illustrator (intermediate) Abobe Photoshop (Intermediate) and also CAD (beginner)

Sector Experience

I have recently completed a six week internship with Urban outfitters at their flag ship store in London., i was working alongside the display team. I preformed a wide range of tasks over the six weeks, including wood work, the current Christmas window display, art installations, painting, paper hanging and application of vinyl., i found this experience invaluable and has really helped guide my career choice.
