About me

I am 23 and currently live in Wales, looking for a permanent job in the design industry throughout the UK. I have a degree in Graphic Design (Ist Class Honours) and have also studied fine art, illustration and photography through a BTEC Diploma. I'm young, talented, creative and dynamic. I have a passion for the design industry, with many productive talents. I am self-motivated and have the ability to work as an individual and as part of a team. I am an innovative thinker, striving for new ideas and concepts.

I have been lucky to be given the opportunity of running a small yet profitable design and short-run print company, achieving a successful portfolio to date and a healthy client list. My recent work ranges from exhibition solutions, brochures, signage, large format printing, brand identity and more.

I have worked Freelance for a variety of clients based in South Wales and London over the last 3 years. In 2006, as part of team, I was commissioned to design artwork that was incorporated into the set of an ITV drama starring Martin Clunes. In the past I have also gained significant insight into the industry by "temping" at Avanti Television recording studios, who produce programmes for BBC wales.

I have extensive knowledge of both Mac and PC, and work with the latest design software packages such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Quark, Dreamweaver and Flash.

I have experience working with large format printers and an industrial laminator on a daily basis
