I hope all is well. My name is Oliver Jones and I would like to apply for the position of Video and Fashion Shoot Production Manager for NET-A-PORTER.

A life long passion for moving image and entertainment has provided me with a strong eye for visuals and an attention to detail that provides me with quality within my own work and constructive input when managing others. I am highly self-motivated and a natural problem solver who has the ability to provide solutions when faced with the unexpected.

My interest in video lead me to develop excellent project and production management skills gained through years of experience from working in Broadcast, Theatre, Live Events, Music and Hospitality. I have experience in producing and managing videos from conception to completion with knowledge of producing content for web, digital film and broadcast. I am able to able to lead and contribute ideas that help bring out the best from a project and always ensure its smooth running and success by creating realistic plans, budgets and schedules that meet client and editorial expectations. I also have excellent booking, diary and time management skills

My global understanding of the production process allowing me to collaborate easily with Directors, Designers, Editors, Producers and clients to obtain the best possible results. I am a keen listener and an articulate and diplomatic communicator who is able to create and maintain lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.

I am proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Final Cut Pro. I have a keen interest in new technologies and interactive content and having just finished a course with skills set looking at the future of moving image and the changing landscape of video I feel excited by ever expanding the options the internet is providing us with.
