Designer for own brand Homeware
- Working in a leading design role for 3D products across assortments.
- Product design and development across multiple substrates and products including : Ceramics, Glass, Leather, wood, polyresin, metal and fabric.
- Creating technical briefing documents for suppliers and factories.
- Supporting with designing 3D files and rendering and 3D printing mock ups and test models through development from design concept through to production.
- Working directly with buyers as well as suppliers and factories in Portugal, China, Hong Kong and India.
- Strategic planning: Planning and analysing assortments and identifying opportunities.
- Working as a team on creative directions for coming seasons and presenting design directions and stories to other stakeholders in the business.
- Researching future and CFM trends
- Additional role in Leading Diversity & Inclusion discussions within the team
