The Creative Idea
The name "Rabbit Rabbit" to me is one that is instantly visual. I knew that I wanted to create something that could speak the brand name without using any words, so I began by creating icons of rabbits. This route however didn't feel unique enough, which is when I switched to creating an icon with type. Initially this was the letter "R" back to back with ears, but again this felt like a fairly common route to take. It was only later I found I could make the basic shape of a rabbit's head, by simply flipping the letter "R" upside down. After several iterations I arrived at a design which met both the brief and my clients needs - making the brand name visual and instantly identifiable.
Rabbit Rabbit launched in April 2017.
