About me

I am a young, ever-curious and highly self-motivated UX and graphic designer, aiming to combine usability, functionality, beauty and clarity of the information. My passion is creating experiences that rely on is easy to find, well-structured and presented information.

I graduated with the design degree from Central Saint Martins in 2016, but started working in design right after gaining my first degree in mathematics, back in 2010. I've grown a vast variety of skills, working both in freelance and studio environment - as an in-house designer, flash animator, graphic designer in an advertising agency and UX designer for two of startups and freelancing on small projects throughout the education.

The main topic of my work has always been information and experience design. The major accomplishment of mine in UX design is a web service 'Hookup UAL' - a platform for multidisciplinary collaboration between students and alumni of the university. In a team of four, we lead this project from the idea to feature list for MVP prototype and future development. Later on, we co-created its first version through iterative cycle make-test-refine working with the university developers team and the research team 'Online Estate'.

My design practice is devoted to downsampling complexity of information and finding the best user path for its presentation. I worked with complicated topics, such as redesign of medical statistical documentation for cancer patients and their doctors. Another complex and challenging area I have worked with is the financial system. My project 'Fiat Coin' lines up the structure of the financial system based on my research of UX/UI design and accessibility of the information. This research resulted in an artwork commissioned by the British Museum for the central case of the exhibition 'Money Matters'.

Having participated in two startups as a UX designer, I gained an excellent sense of the balance between business needs, user preferences and technical limitations. I am a proactive team player and appreciate the practical upsides of shared understanding of the project at every stage of its development.

I have the drive to achieve the highest standards in the field of UX as a routine work as well as creative idea generation and looking to grow my skills within a professional team of focused and motivated individuals.
