About me

I am a Chief Creative Officer and a Creative Producer with over 13 years of experience in advertising, communications, and production, working at the intersection of creativity, craft, and cultural impact. Since joining Postmen in 2017, I have played a key role in shaping the agency's creative direction and growth, becoming Chief Creative Officer in 2025. Before that, I gained international experience in the United Kingdom, working with BBC, BBC Sport, and IMG Media.

Throughout my career, I have led the development of campaigns for global organizations and leading brands, including UNICEF, UNFPA, UN Women, MasterCard, Nova Post, Uklon, Ukrainian Railways, Kernel, Darnytsia, PrivatBank, and Electrolux. My work spans commercial storytelling, brand building, and purpose-driven communication, with a strong belief that the most powerful ideas create both emotional resonance and real-world impact.

The work has been recognized at leading creative and effectiveness awards, including Cannes Lions, EPICA, Eurobest, ADC Europe, Golden Drum, KIAF, Effie Ukraine, and Effie Europe.

Postmen has been recognized as Ukraine's top communications agency for three consecutive years and was named the country's #1 creative agency in 2025.

I have also served as a juror at international creative festivals, including The One Show and ADC Europe, which has further shaped my perspective on the evolving standards of creativity, craft, and cultural relevance.
