About me

I am a creative student studying a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design in and I would

love to continue on a higher education course in the Multimedia path to receive the knowledge and skills needed to pursue a career in Web designing.

I have a good knowledge of design software packages such as Illustrator In design and

Photoshop using Macintosh. I also have a unique approach to traditional studio techniques

using sketchbooks and mark making through print and experimental photocopying techniques as well as other means. In continuing my education, I would love to gain a degree but I also

hope to gain more experience and extend my knowledge using a wider range of software packages and mark making techniques.

One of my greatest achievements was winning a poster competition for equal rights while in

secondary school my prize was a year's card to one of France prestigious art gallery/ library

Pompidou centre.

Living and studying in France, I have had the chance to visit the most popular Museums such

as Musee Picasso La Guerre et le Paix, Musee Picasso and Musee du Louvre and art events.

While in my first year on the graphics course at Croydon College I was asked to join a team

of two students in their second year we had to design a postcard for Mott MacDonald, we were against other groups in the second year and we won.

I have had some live brief projects one was for the European Union competition. It was an

International competition, I was asked to design a logo for their 50th Birthday, and I am now

entering the D& AD international design competition, Advertising section for Red Bull. Having all these life briefs has helped me experience a bit of what I am expecting in the real life, and it has helped me understand what skills are needed and what I need to develop.

I am a multilingual and I can speak French, English and understand Yoruba I also had the

chance to learn a bit of Spanish in secondary school.

My interest consist of so many things other than web design, dancing is one of them in Paris

I did voluntary work for an organisation helping deprived families, I was in charge of the 6

to 13 year olds so me and my friends taught them how to dance and organized trips with them, I also helped with the events .

I am part of a young adult fellowship called Royalties where we organise Outreaches for

teenagers, it is a day where all members and newcomers socialise and discuss life issues

using the word of God.
