About me

I have four years of working experience in design industry since June 2003 when I complete an HND in Graphic Design at the School of Design in Mauritius. I am presently studying for a B.A (Hons) Graphic Communication top-up course at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Before I enrolled on the B.A (Hons) Graphic Communication course, I was working full time, as graphic designer, in one of the most awarded company in Mauritius, and well known in the Indian Ocean territories - Circus Publicis. I joined the company in May 2005 as Junior Designer, and rapidly improved both my design skills and understanding of the commercial design industry as the company grew and prospered.

After one year, I became Designer and started working under the supervision of a senior designer, I was handling large projects from initial brief through to final.

My creative skills, awareness and understanding of production techniques for both online and offline media were a great asset for producing high-quality solutions to a variety of client.

I consider myself a mature individual with vision, aptitude and a positive approach to life and work. I enjoy the challenge of individual responsibility and of working in a fast-moving environment and consider one of my main strengths the ability to learn and adapt quickly as well as to deal and interact with people from different background and nationalities.
