Northstar Media is a motion design studio and content team built for founder-led brands and high-ticket experts who want their content to look premium and perform well. The idea is simple: you bring the expertise and the raw footage, and we turn it into a consistent stream of strong videos that hold attention and help drive leads.

We handle the full setup and run it end to end: content strategy, topic research and hooks, long-form and short-form editing, motion graphics, and a smooth production workflow for publishing on Instagram and YouTube (and other platforms if needed). We also create custom animations for startups and companies, like explainer videos, company videos, and VSLs.

What makes us different is how were built. Were a lead-only collective, so the work is done by senior motion designers, not handed off to juniors with someone overseeing. We credit the people doing the work, and a producer keeps timelines, feedback, and delivery tight and easy.
