About me
Hello :)
My name is Noramy Kipoto, a Graphic Artist based in southwest London.
I studied Illustration and Graphic Design at Winchester School of Art, graduating with a Second-Class Honours in 2015. My interests within design are primarily in in typography, editorial and branding.
Whilst at Winchester, I continued to develop my drawing techniques using graphite as a medium, becoming passionate about capturing the very essence of people I wanted to study.
I have been eager to develop my own style of art, beginning to incorporate ink as a medium. My passion for letterforms and typography as well as geometric shapes and tessellations are used to further express the personalities I study.
I have begun to include underlying themes of self-doubt, reassurance, strength and hope and tell more personal stories in hope of inspiring and uplifting my audience as well as myself.
Influences: Shohei Otomo, Alphonse Mucha, Kelvin Okafor, Alan Kitching, Gemma O'Brien, Kate Moross & M.C. Escher
