Personal Profile:

I am a creative designer based in Royston with a passion for design. I enjoy the challenge of creating new ideas and truly believe that branding and consistency in both Graphic and Product Design plays an important role in the outcome of any successful project. With a good eye for detail from my 8 years experience within the print industry I feel my objectives are to produce quality work in a creative environment.

Skills:

Concept Design, Print, Marketing / Branding, logo's, product names, tag lines and photography.

Software Knowledge:

Both Mac and PC: Photoshop CS2, CorelDRAW 12, Macromedia Fireworks MX, Macromedia Director 8.5, Rhinoceros 3.0, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Awards & Artistic Achievements:

Two Awards - 'Category' winner & 'Overall' winner of the first D&AD NESTA Product Design and Innovation Awards 2003. Awarded the D&AD Yellow Pencil and £5000 for further Development. D&AD NESTA Brief 3 titled: 'Help a parent, help a child'. Outcome: Product E.Z.Feed: a squeeze 'n' feed food pack for babies designed with a built in spoon. The E.Z.Feed was designed by observing real needs.

'Reggeli' Toaster - 'Shortlisted' for the Concept Product Award at the Daily Mail Ideal Home Show (March 2004), judged by Kevin McCloud (Grand Designs - Channel 4).
