I am writing to enquire whether you have a vacancy in your company for a receptionist.

I am currently working for Trinity Learning Centres as a

receptionist/administrative assistant. In my present position I am responsible for the answering of all telephone and front-desk enquiries, the maintenance of the college's databases, the enrolment of students, filing, diary management, petty cash and cashbook, keeping minutes at meetings and other general administrative duties. I work closely with the Chief Administrator and the directors, and in this capacity I have been involved with the planning and implementation of the company's policy, marketing initiatives, expansion and development.

Before I moved to the UK in 2002, I worked as a receptionist, accounts assistant, both in my native Estonia and in Portugal.

With my broad skills base, varied and extensive experience, I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your company's management team.
