About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Nina Kupsc. I have been living in Leeds for 5 years. I have completed a 5- year MA Graphic Design and Art course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland.

I am currently in full time employment at the publishing company The Leeds Guide as a graphic designer.

I consider the experience at my current place of employment to have been good.

However, I am aware that graphic design in this particular industry is not a priority. I really feel that at this stage of my career I need to be working in a more design focused environment, where I would be challenged and motivated on a daily basis.

Leeds Guide employed me as a Junior Graphic Designer and initially that is the role I undertook. After a few months my tasks were revised and now include: designing a monthly publication, brochures, developing logos, branding, creating illustrations, dealing with clients including Leeds City Council, Bradford Council, West Yorkshire Playhouse on a regular basis.

I am a very creative, well organized person and a responsible team player.

I have excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Microsoft Word. I'm also familiar with Dreamweaver and Adobe After Effects and other Microsoft Office programs. I'm literate with both PC and Mac.
