About me
On the client side, I'm interested in bringing forward less expected ideas and finding new ways to connect with audiences. Creativity and technology require, I think, an ear to the ground. What is actually happening right now, and how does that affect how we communicate
On the management side, I believe in mentoring, always avoid micromanaging, and yes, have been known to sing karaoke (albeit atrociously, which no one ever lets me live down, nor should they).
The experience boxes: I have worked across digital, new, social, and traditional media for over 20 years in just about every imaginable industry and try to marry my passion for design and animation with my experience as a photographer to create memorable work that talks to audiences like the real people we all are. Side note: I've recently relocated to the UK by way of New York City and have a work visa (and do not require sponsorship). I've been making the necessary adjustments, like, not accidentally answering in earnest when greeted with, 'You alright
While my clients have always been international and my recent employers have, by chance, been British, living here has granted me the lovely gift of finally being among those who aren't overly eager and a bit selfish a good deal of the time. In a weird way, I feel more at home here than I ever did in the land of the loud and fake.
