About me
I worked for Enterprise Holdings for 18 years. The last 12 years of my career were spent as a Talent Manager in the State of WV, southeast Ohio, eastern KY, and western Maryland, where I managed both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. I worked directly with teams in sales, marketing, management, and senior leadership. My expertise is specific to growth, profitability, customer service, as well as, talent, leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition, session planning, community relations, conflict resolution, consulting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, on-boarding and retention.
