Able to develope design briefs by gathering information and data through research , work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD), work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
Able to create initial design sketches and computer-generated three-dimensional visuals, sometimes building models and prototypes, liaising with the workshop manager to ensure the project is within budget, on schedule and meeting the client's requirements and that it complies with health and safety regulations, arranges for acquisition of specimens or graphics, or building of exhibit structures by outside contractors to complete exhibit,
Able to process imagery for events, doing a variety of design work (graphic design and artwork) for different displays and exhibitions including detailed construction, layout, material specifications, or special effects diagrams.
Able to design temporary architectures and booths, creating furnishings, fixtures and display stands for events, public exhibitions, museums, galleries and local businesses, overseeing the construction of the components, assembly, installation and dismantling exhibition displays at the exhibition venue.
