Meticulous and proficient Business Manager with over 23 years of experience transforming and developing the strategic direction of the business. At Sight & Sound, I established and motivated a team of 24 technical, sales and administration staff to deliver projects and events worth a total of R 7m pre-pandemic, which resulted in an increase in market share in a saturated industry.

My background includes experience in the events industry, working with staff from diverse backgrounds and collaboratively facilitating my previous employer achieve a 65% increase in brand awareness by implementing a new marketing and social media strategy.

Moreover, I have several years of management experience while effectively handling multiple responsibilities, from HR Administration (onboarding, coaching and mentoring) to Financial Management (budgets and full bookkeeping role for the business) to Facilities management (Ensuring Health & Safety Measures and Negotiating Lease Agreements) and of course, stepping in wherever I was needed.

Other highlights of my experience include logistics, training, inventory management, presentations and development. I am very proud of my meticulous restructuring of outdated work practices which helped reduce downtime by 40% and paper consumption by 70% by moving the company over to a cloud-based system, with no downtime!
