About me

I have recently relocated to London from Western Australia for a working holiday. I am interested in freelance design work to begin immediately. I am very keen to get my hands on some really challenging and creative design work.

I have an Honours Degree in Design during which I studied both Photography and Graphic Design. I completed Certificate III in Printing and Graphic Arts, Graphics Pre-Press. I have approximately three years industry experience. I am more than capable of taking a job from concept to print ready stages and have access to my own computer. I have designed and reproduced brochures, posters, corporate identities, flyers, presentation folders, packaging, leaflets, ads, stationery, mastheads, annual reports, prospectus' and so on. I've been trained in Quickcutting ads, plus scanning, retouching and colour correcting various documents for use in a variety of print applications. I have supervised new staff and trained work experience students.

I have experience with both PC's and MAC's using such software as InDesign, Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Freehand.

As you can see from my resume and references, I work well both independently and as part of a team, plus I have a good work ethic and attitude. I am hardworking, determined, honest, reliable and trustworthy, attributes which I believe will be an asset to any company. I am also creative and a good analytical thinker, always up for a challenge.
