I have strong Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and excellent telephone skills.
I currently work behind a bar in Hornchurch which allows me to deal with a wide range of customers. I also have to answer a phone at some point during the day which means I have to be polite and punctual as it may be someone from head office.
I work well with groups of people and I am confident to tackle any situation with an open mind.
