I am a very well organised person, who thrives under pressure. I have excellent attention to detail, and my work is always accurately completed. I enjoy the pace of work that comes with working on events, and even under tight deadlines, I am able to consistently deliver to the high standards expected both by management and myself.The events that I have managed vary from intimate product launches, to complex conferences for hundreds of delegates and large scale sports events for thousands of spectators.My duties have included carrying out all of the logistical arrangements, from hotel and travel bookings for hundreds of delegates to liaising with and managing a number of suppliers. I was also responsible for marketing and post event reporting, as well as on site management. I have sourced sponsors and set up sponsorship deals, compiled financial forecasts at board level and ensured many projects were kept within budget.I have managed many different teams, long term and short term, on a variety of different events and projects. Good communication skills, and motivation of the team was required to ensure event success.I have managed several client accounts at one time, and I have always had successful and thriving relationships with my clients and delegates. Communication and client relationships have always been important to me and I work hard to ensure that needs are satisfied.
