As you will see in my CV, my last job was Chief Executive of a TV and multimedia company based in Paris: UNIMEDIA, which was formed in 2005 when I led the merger/acquisition of my company VM Group with four other companies.

I believe I can offer your clients the following:

- 15-year track record as Chief Executive in the media business:

TV production, CD-rom and DVD editing, Internet broadband video and international events organization.

- Experienced in leading teams of up to 120 people in a very competitive environment with a constant need of creativity.

- Experienced in mergers and acquisitions in France and in the US.

- Able to adapt myself to many diverse situations; engineer at the European Space Agency in Holland and then at NASA (on the Space Shuttle program), CEO of a direct marketing company in Paris and then producer of TV programs.

During this last five years, I managed several Internet activities.

I created:

- The portal of the science TV show "e=m6" with broadband video on demand and Flash animations.

- A multi-thematic portal with 3D navigation called MEDIACITY

I won the account for the institutional web site of the Essonne State (France) dedicated to science and technology.
