About me
With over 30 years of experience in graphic design across Australia and the UK, I have worked in publishing, design agencies, in-house creative teams and as a freelance designer. After training at the Sydney School of Graphic Arts, I built a strong foundation in typography, layout and print production before working on magazines including Cleo, Woman's Weekly and Dolly, and later with clients such as KPMG, the University of New South Wales, the Sydney Olympic Games, NHS Ayrshire & Arran and local authorities across Scotland.
Alongside my design work, I have developed specialist expertise in creating accessible PDF documents for digital publication. I have delivered accessible, standards-compliant documents for organisations including North Ayrshire Council, the BBC, Wellcome Pharmaceuticals and BT, ensuring content is fully tagged, screen reader friendly and accessible to all users.
I am now looking to focus my career on accessibility artwork and document remediation, combining decades of design experience with technical expertise to create inclusive, compliant digital documents.
