About me

I have jsut been working onboard a Dinsey Cruise ship, working as a children's entertainer, which was a fantastic experience as I was able to meet so many different people from all around the world and entertain kids and adults! I have had alot of previous experience as a runner in both production and post- production companies and studios.

I graduated from BA Hons Communication and Film Studies in November of 2005, where I really enjoyed studying various film and radio techniques. I studied radio production from the first year of my degree and also had my own radio show at Cambridge University which was alot of fun! Since I left university I have been trying my hardest to get as much experience in the media, mainly in television production as I can. I have worked on film sets as a art department runner, which was a fantastic experience and I learnt alot from all the various departments. I then moved on to a voice- over company called Scramble, where I was head runner, I really enjoyed this job but I felt I really wanted to work on a television set where I could learn all about television production. My career aim is to work in children's television, I'm slightly unsure of the exact position I would like to fill, but I just want the chance to learn more about the areas within children's television.

So I am looking for any job within television production, so I can further my knowledge of this industry. I am always prepared to work really hard to further my career.
