Main Responsibilities for Global Brands: Desperados, Affligem & SOL:
- Marketing Plan & Business Case Brands: strategic business case and marketing plan. Setting the brand equity potential in the Italian market and competitive arena analysis.
- Implementation of all key main actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Packaging: Study and development right Sku, label & image for channels, adapting for the Italian market.
- ATL Communication: media plan and media partnership accomplishment in coordination with internal media department, in order to build qualified brand awareness; Digital: 360° digital platform activation: website, Facebook, Instagram, Emoji and digital PR via Top Influencers.
- BTL City Domination: selection of key strategic areas within Italian top cities, and activation: Channel Activation: MT/ON T; events, University Ambassador/influencers and top shops; experiential sampling: product trial while enhancing brand usage, Guerrilla.
- Qualitative/ quantitative research in coordination with internal research department:
1) Italian consumers insights investigation ok key strategic target.
2) U&A: analysis of consumption occasion and brand potential examination
- Route to market (both Modern trade and Horeca channel), Co-Marketing project on Channel; Marketing Executor On Trade Channel: definition Guideline of Flagship & Top Outlet, definition activation and amplification on Key Areas;
- Financial: Brand Budget and profitability management in cooperation with commercial business units and financial department
- Daily relation management with Global Team from Netherlands
