About me

My name is Nicola and I´m Italian. I have master degree in foreign languages as expert of management and tourism ( French and Spanish ) from Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. From 2011 to 2014 I have been living and working in Madrid as recepcionist, translator, market researcher and customer service agent for companies who were dealing with customers from Italy, Spain and France. During my experience in customer service and in market researcher described above I have always reached targets required by my employer. Since I live in London I have started to work in hospitals as Hospital Porter and Waiter in Private Wards, vibes which have allowed to learn and to improve my English. From August 2015 I am working as Fulfilment Executive for Seatwave (a Ticketmaster Company) covering the European market (Italian, Spanish and French; and from time to time the English and the Dutch ones).
