About Nicholas
I currently work as a Copywriter within an e-commerce company based in Devon, writing about products for web and print for major sports brands such as Nike, adidas and Puma and for the majority of sports categories within the company.
Outside of work, I am a published travel writer and poet with an excellent command of the English language. I have a logical and methodical mind, which complements my creative one well. Ultimately, I have a strong, natural and passionate ability for written English either creatively or formal and structured; I am a stickler for its correct use and motivated by its creative use. Innately meticulous with an exceptional eye for spelling mistakes, typos, sentence structure and grammatical errors, I am also therefore a skilled proof reader.
I wholeheartedly believe that the importance of achieving the right copy or, more appropriately, 'words used to sell' is very often grossly underestimated.
