Digital Arts Technician.

08.2006 - Present Day.

As digital arts technician my job entails being support staff for Photography, Art and Media. I maintain a selection of equipment, book any equipment requests and set up and help in the dark room. I also teach the pupils the technical elements of photography and filming and assist with film shoots or any post production editing. Other responsibilities are supervising the events team with any main hall events. This involves rigging Sound systems, AV set ups, lighting and any health and saftey for all college events. I also Pat test any portable electrical equipment.

Assistant Stage Manager.

Bristol Old vic, King Street, Bristol.

The Bristol Old Vic is the oldest production theatre in europe, working their my job has entailed all elements of theatre. Being stage management you are the point of contact for many different departments, seeing the production of a show threw from beginning to end, you oversee and organise rehearsals, props, production week and the live performance. As well as covering stage manager their are many day to day tasks of running a production house
