About me

I've recently returned to my home in Hertfordshire after spending 5 years studying and working in Leeds. After spending 18 months in the multimedia department of a leading market research company, I'm eager to find an exciting new job opportunity in London.

I gained a B/A honours degree in New Media & Communication from the University of Leeds - receiving a 2:1 classification. I consider myself to be very focused and driven to deliver high quality work and I have tremendous attention to detail. Furthermore I'm able to work to tight deadlines and am equally confident working in either a team environment or independently.

Skills

I have excellent knowledge of (X)HTML & CSS, ActionScript and XML. Additionally I’m a frequent user of Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Illustrator CS5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 and Adobe Premiere Flash CS5. I have also used Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe SoundBooth.

Sector Experience

I have 18 months experience in the work environment and my responsibilities during this time included working on projects for clients such as Nestle, EDF, ASDA and Greggs. I am highly self- motivated with a friendly and engaging personality., My university education coupled with my passion for design has enabled me to construct several websites, along with other work including video editing, flash and print work.
