About me

I have just finished a degree in Product Design at Sheffield Hallam University, and previously studied 3D Design and Crafts at Cambridge Regional College. I have acquired a large spectrum of creative and technical skills, and I am seeking a job that will allow me to use my creative abilities in a professional environment.

I possess excellent drawing, sketching and illustration abilities, and have also achieved a high standard in graphical rendering. I have excelled in Computer Aided Design, particularly using 3D design packages. I have produced many prototypes via rapid prototyping from CAD models. This skill along with good model making and engineering capabilities has allowed me to produce convincing physical prototypes.

I am competent in tackling any graphical problem or scenario which arises, and am confident in using Adobe Photoshop and general layout packages such as CorelDraw and Illustrator. All of these attributes combined with great 3D visualisation and marketing sense, has resulted in highly innovative work.

The aptly named "optical bridge" as seen below, was selected to appear at the New Designers show in London in July 2006. The product received a great deal of commercial interest, and was commended by the trend spotting website *.
