About me

I am a self motivated and enthusiastic individual seeking a challenging job in design. I graduated from university in 2003 with a first class honours degree in product design. Since then I have been working as a technical designer for a leading Italian architectural lighting manufacturer in their special products department. During my role, I am able to take a product from concept right through to the finished article and am involved in every aspect of this, from initial design work, through costing, sourcing of suitable suppliers / manufacturers and then on to quotation. Once the product is ordered I am responsible for placing all orders for the components that go together to make finished article. I am currently responsible for all orders of special products that we manufacture here in the UK.

I achieved three firsts in my second year modules at university in Advanced CAD, Mechatronics and Product Design for the Disadvantaged.
