About me
I am a hardworking graphic designer/artworker making use of my honours degree and an experienced user of all standard design software. I acquired administrative and editorial skills working in an editorial team producing a community magazine. I have also worked freelance for several design companies. I can work both as part of a team and from home.
My experience covers all aspects of the editorial design of book jackets, magazines, brochures and advertisements, directing photo-shoots, and liaising with printers. I am familiar with all aspects of magazine production, including working to very tight publication deadlines.
I am an experienced user of Apple Mac, and am thoroughly familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, Indesign, QuarkXpress, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
