Hello,

I am very interested in the Graphic Designer vacancy you are currently advertising. It sounds like a great opportunity for me to pull together all of my skills and build on my past experience.

My most recent position was as Graphic Designer and Art Director for Westway Trust in North London. The Westway estate is made up of five branded divisions (Education, Environment, Events, Stewardship and Sports & Health) and I have worked intensely within all of them. Working with photographers, copywriters, 2 juniors, venue managers and the Events Team we created everything from brochures, annual reports, social media and event campaigns, web material, way-finding signage and logos.

In the past I have worked as an agency freelancer for Leo Burnett, TBWA and Teamspirit among others with clients ranging from London Pride and Vauxhall to Häagen-Dazs and G-shock. I am used to working within strict branding guidelines, managing deadlines and keeping the creative energy flowing whilst remaining focused and professional.

I have also spent a significant amount of time working in the retail sector, most notably for Tesco, Wickes and Debenhams, designing Web collateral, direct mail campaigns, Point of Sale artwork, creating visuals, large format displays and high-end Photoshop editing.
