About me
My name is Neil Hardwick, I started my career as a Graphic Designer, but soon developed into a Licensed Designer. Currently, I lead a small team to create licensed product ranges which include stationery, arts & crafts, Apparel and gifting products. Developing ranges for Disney, BBC and Mattel amongst others, whilst also being responsible for product development, sample approvals and the companies published advertising.
Skills
Core skills involved are leadership, working to style guide restriction, liasing directly with licensors and suppliers, and meeting sampling and shipping deadlines. I work primarily in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop programmes but does have knowledge of others relevant to my specialism.
