With more than 7 years' experience in working on content, I have driven to see any business grow commercially as well as technically with the different platform the websites operate from which will continue to enhance the future business growth.
I have the greater knowledge on launching new working platform, also I have exceptional experience of team/ project management from the numerous projects I have been involved with including website development and optimisation. This has enabled me to communicate confidently and quickly in a busy environment where managing and delivering range of projects including milestones and ensuring all communication is passed to relevant stakeholder to deliver accurate results. I have established greater understanding of project management where planning and organising skills is essential to work on multiple projects however it is also important to be flexible so I can adapt to changing situations/ environments especially when working towards deadlines in a fast paced environment. I always thrive identify and resolve problems as I am proactive and like to take responsibility for ensuring all communication are liaised effectively. Finally, I am patient and work with an analytical approach whilst working on content management system or when analysing and interpreting data which can accurately be communicated and actioned upon.
I have gained experience to be attentive to details and have greater exposure to front end website however I have been involved with system development to ensure business needs are met and systems are working effectively to support the content team. Also time management and prioritising projects/ weekly tasks is a key as I am confident to work with tight deadlines and work under pressure. Working with a team of 3, I believe in developing the team to bring out the best potential from them.
