Experienced project manager and conceptual designer, facilitating art direction and artwork creation to the B2B, Public, and Consumer Sectors. Responsible for brand control and delivering collateral across multiple disciplines and channels for markets such as, Legal, Religious, Financial, Retail, Office Supplies, Power Generation, Healthcare, Travel, Construction, Education, Social Care, and Drinks.
Confidently manage tender bids by overseeing stakeholders at all levels, and able to achieve deadlines across complete project life cycle, from initial concept design through to final print production. Knowledgeable in budget management and print buying as well as print production methods, alongside process flow creation and implementation.
Experienced in running a team of up to twenty-three studio designers (day and night shifts), and managing milestone plans, risk assessments and budgetary requirements of corporate projects across both internal departments and external parties. Responsible for staff training, appraisals, KPI's and the planning and booking of resources.
Ability to motivate staff, and achieve global delivery alongside brand/SLA compliance, whilst adapting to project scope change in a fast paced and challenging environment.
