About me
Nathan Klein is a contemporary Welsh photographer based in the UK. Klein's work predominantly explores the notions of memory, escapism, sexuality, and identity in an attempt to challenge the understanding of intimacy through questioning what is public and private in today's age, with inhabiting images of what is deceived as private.
Since graduating from the University of Portsmouth with 1st class honours in photography, Klein has continued to exhibit nationally around the UK and reaching international exposure in Hungary at PH21 Gallery and Pingyao international photography festival. Klein has also been nominated and won several awards including Format Festival 2015 international photography portfolio review, PH21 Gallery, Aspex, and Art Space graduate residency award.
