I am currently working as a Junior Designer and Project Manager at Vanishing Point Visual Communications ltd. When I began at the company two years ago I started off working as a freelance designer and was then taken on as a permanent member of staff. During this time I have learnt that brand values are very important and play a major role in the design process; as it plays an important part in relaying the right message about the brand, thus promoting the brand in the right way to the correct audience. Having a firm understanding of the brand values also gives the designer an opportunity to express the client's wishes and convert them in to a workable solution, by creating graphics or interiors spaces that promote the brand.
