As an experienced senior account manager with a proven track record of delivering a range of projects including but not limited to: producing packaging brand guidelines, implementing and delivering a large volume of photography and video content within tight deadlines through to omni-channel product launches. I have a thorough knowledge of the retail sector, working with B2C and B2B clients including Global Radio, Cedar, General Mills, bathstore, Kingfisher, Dyson and Wickes.
I am adept at nurturing clients' needs and interpreting their challenges, working collaboratively with internal teams to find a creative solution that works within client brand guidelines and budgets. I have vast experience in scoping, writing briefs, costing projects and producing project schedules, moreover managing those projects from concept to delivery.
