About me

I am a highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with over five years publishing experience. Having worked on a number of academic journals and educational materials, I have gained excellent project and time management skills. I maintain strong working relationships with other departments, including design and editorial, as well as suppliers and stakeholders. This has enabled me to become an effective, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. I currently manage all aspects of print production, ensuring that publications are printed to a high standard and that all deadlines are met. I tender and negotiate work with a number of approved suppliers ranging from digital print to web offset printing. This includes booklets, posters, CD/DVD and educational packs that use a variety of different binding methods in both mono and colour formats. I am very keen to move into the media industry and work in an agency environment, as I believe it is more challenging and fast paced and feel that it is an industry in which I would thrive.
