I have experience in dealing with people, handling difficult situations and remaining calm under times of a crisis. Working at Tesco has enabled me to deal with irate customers, approach difficult situations by taking a step back and analyzing the problem, then coming up with a solution, such as customer complaints. Such skills had also been gained from being a prefect at Windsor Girls School, where I had the chance to develop my communicational skills and ability to work with people, and improve my leadership skills.
