About me

Natalie is a founder of Uncommon Creative Studio, alongside Nils Leonard & Lucy Jameson. A creative studio building brands that people in the real world actually wish existed; either by working with clients or by creating brands themselves.

Doubling revenues in 2022, and quickly growing a global footprint. Working with 45 brands including ITV, Nike Jordan, YouTube, Formula E, EA Sports & B&Q, across brand strategy & design, product & service design, CX & CRM, PR, advertising and production. With bureau bases in UK, Europe & the USA.

Uncommon also launch their own brands. Starting out with the launch of (a sustainable coffee pod business) and most recently SEX BRAND. To this end Uncommon also helped launch Unrest, an impact-led accelerator programme for sustainable, scalable, B2C brands - the first of its kind in the UK. Now with government funding and bases in both London and South Yorkshire, Uncommon has helped 47 brands through the programme.

Uncommon is also a studio first and foremost. So alongside building brands, and a strong design practice, Uncommon have a growing entertainment slate. Most recent projects include Nick Cave's 2022 feature film "This much I know to be true", and feature "In Camera" in partnership with BFI/BBC.
