About me

My name is Natalie Berry I am a graduate from The University of Bolton with a BA Hons in Textiles/Surface design. I am now working as a freelance designer based in the North-West.
I have sold a number of designs privately and most recent a commission from Harrods of Knightsbridge to produce a collection of designs based on a London theme. The artwork is currently being sold in the store on aprons, tea towels and tote bags.

Two of my designs have been featured in Trend Bible Spring/Summer 2011 forecasting trends for home interiors. I have also received a commendation from The Bradford Textiles Society for producing a collection of printed interior designs suitable for the domestic market.

I have worked on a diverse range of projects covering all aspects of textiles and surface design. I enjoy exploring a variety of techniques and materials such as machine stitch, paint, ink and Adobe Photoshop to create my designs. As a surface pattern and textile designer my skills have been aimed at a variety of surfaces including Interior furnishing fabrics, tableware and kitchen accessories, giftware, ceramics, gift wrap and bags.
