In my current capacity as Senior Photographers Agent & Producer, I am directly responsible for the career management, PR/sales, project management and photo shoot production for 10 artists. I plan and produce multiple advertising/editorial campaigns from conception to delivery; with direct oversight for project management, adherence to creative briefs and abiding by strict budgets and deadlines. According to the artists I represent, I am considered a tenacious resource, with plenty of drive and determination to achieve objectives and goals for the whole team.

One of my key accomplishments has been to penetrate the French market and expand Balcony Jump's presence there. Having conducting sales & marketing campaigns, and making regular trips to Paris to promote the agency and photographers, I have now produced 8 global advertising campaigns in a challenging market that tends to stay loyal to local talent.

I approach each campaign individually to develop and tailor creative ideas specifically to the client's needs, seeing each assignment as a fresh and exciting challenge. Prior to discussions with clients about new projects, I research not only the brand I will be representing, but also the values of the client firm and the personality or product we are shooting. This ensures that I am able to best understand the intended direction of the campaign and allows me to focus our creative input in an appropriate direction resulting in the photographers ability to portray the relevant brand values through their images to the general public.

Identifying key networking events to attend, I enjoy engaging in conversation with new people who could be influential for our artists careers or the success of the firm. I have also been fortunate enough to represent talent who are specialists across a wide variety of industries, from automotive to high-end fashion and food & beverage to baby products.

One of my main roles is to research and keep up to date with the movement of our competitors; photographic agencies & individual photographers. I have a wide knowledge of photographers & believe that I would have no problem applying this knowledge in an art buying capacity.

I have greatly enjoyed working in my current role for the past 5 years but am now looking for a new challenge in an advertising environment. The opportunities presented in your listing are very appealing and I believe that my experience will make me a competitive candidate for this role.
