About me
Hello,
I hail from Italy and have had the pleasure of living in the UK for the past ten years. Art has always been a significant part of my life; I've been drawing since I was six years old, and my journey as a self-taught artist has allowed me to explore various styles and techniques.
I specialise in creating vibrant and engaging illustrations for children's books, focusing on visual storytelling that captivates young readers. I can also design graphic novels for both young and adult readers. Additionally, I design visual art and book covers that convey the essence of each work.
My creative process involves a mix of traditional and digital media. I employ mixed media techniques, oil painting, and gouache to bring my concepts to life. For digital projects, I utilise tools such as Procreate, Fresco, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, which allow me to experiment with colour and form in innovative ways.
One of my most rewarding projects was illustrating a children's book about teaching mindfulness, where I collaborated closely with the talented writer Natasha Iregbu. This experience not only allowed me to contribute visually but also deepened my understanding of how art and storytelling can convey important life lessons.
Through my work, I strive to inspire creativity and wonder in children, reflecting the beauty and joy of imagination.
