About me
I'm a Senior Designer and Illustrator with over two decades of experience in publishing, book cover design, and creative storytelling. My career spans a wide range of projects, from striking book and journal covers to engaging visual campaigns for publishers, non-profits, charities, and independent authors.
My design style is bold, colourful, and contemporary, with a strong focus on composition, typography, and conceptual thinking. I'm particularly known for my vibrant, uplifting illustrations featuring expressive, lovable, and often humorous characters — perfect for children's books, giftware, and editorial projects.
I've worked extensively as a lead designer, managing projects from concept to print, and consistently delivering high-quality results on deadline. Clients value my creative energy, reliability, and collaborative spirit.
In 2014, I founded Nyha Cards, an independent greeting card company with over 100 original designs. Our products are stocked by Waterstones, Foyles, Morley's department stores, and independent retailers across London and the USA, and are also licensed through Funky Pigeon.
Currently open to new opportunities in publishing and creative industries, I'm looking to join a team where I can bring strategic vision, warmth, and design leadership to exciting new projects — whether full-time or freelance.
