Dear Sir or madame
I would like to apply for the role advertised as a intern or assistant.

I have recently Graduated from De Montfort University having studied Fashion Design BA Honours. I was selected by my University to present my work on the catwalk at Graduate Fashion Week. My work was based on Menswear, but worn as androgynous Women's wear. I have brilliant communication skills, am extremely organized and work well as part of a team. I have a love for fashion and enjoy researching various sources to find the right information needed. I have various computer skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and am literate using Mac or Microsoft suits. I have a passion for illustration, graphic work, and enjoy print design.
Whilst interning with Hemyca I was expected to communicate with them as to where I was up to with work set, either pattern cutting or sewing. I created some illustrative work for their current collection adapting my style to their specifications. Whilst doing work experience at Graduate Fashion Week for my University's stand I was expected to lease with fashion industry clients, explain about designers work and ensure they had the catalogue with all the designers details. If further details were required I made sure I referred them to senior lectures.
