To Whom It May Concern,

I am a Senior Account Manager with 4+ years experience in client services in Sydney, Australia and London across digital and integrated media. I have over 2 years digital and integrated FMCG and Telecommunications experience. Previous accounts I have managed include Bulmers, Jacques, Tiger Beer, B Sky B and Microsoft.

I have extensive digital knowledge, having working in digital account management in an integrated context for a large portion of my career. I am a conscientious account handler and am dedicated to delivering projects on time, on budget and will strive in all aspects to develop and add value to the client relationship.

I am strong client-facing account handler, with effective communication skills. I have a strong grasp of technical knowledge, especially in digital, and am proficient in being able to communicate complex technical issues in client-friendly terms.

Financially, my last role managing Bulmers involved working within a team managing a total of 7.2million, with my department managing a budget of over 1million.

I am a UK citizen with international work experience, having started my career in Sydney, Australia after graduating from the University of Sydney, and then moving to the UK.
