About me

I think it is important for me as a designer to gain as much positive experience as possible. Eventually I would like to be working as part of a large group or company as oppose to working as a freelance designer. My reasons for this are because as part of a team I will learn more, learn faster and be able to see things from different perspectives. I believe team work creates better results almost every time and I would very much like to experience that with this opportunity and learn as much as possible from the people I will be working with.

I am currently study for a degree in Graphic design at the University of Hertfordshire and have just finished my first year. Even though I am only a third of the way through I have learnt a lot about what good Graphic design is and how to keep away from the bad. I have sufficient technical skills under my belt and use design software almost everyday to teach myself more. (Adobe Photoshop & InDesign). What I will bring to the position if I am chosen is a positive attitude, very hard work, the ability to listen and adapt.

I've realised that I will never stop learning and there is always room for improvement, and that is why I believe opportunities like this are so important.
